Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. No credit card required. The free tier gives you full lesson access, the daily market story, and a small number of AI explanations each month.
What counts as an "AI explanation"?
Every time you use Explore to look up a company or ask a market question, that's one AI explanation. Lessons and the daily story don't count toward this limit.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account settings whenever you want. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you don't lose what you already paid for.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You'll keep access through the end of your billing period — we never bill you for a period you didn't use.
Do you offer refunds?
If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and feel the product didn't deliver, email us from the help page and we'll refund that charge. After 7 days, the cancellation policy applies — you keep access through the end of the billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account is soft-deleted, not erased. Your watchlist, simulator history, and learning progress are kept for 90 days in case you come back. After 90 days you can request a full delete from the help page.
Does TrustFirst give investment advice?
No — and that's intentional. Every AI output is educational only and clearly labeled as such. We teach you how to think about investing, not what to buy.
What's the Family plan for?
Parents teaching kids, or partners learning together. You get 2–4 linked accounts with shared lesson progress and a family activity report.
